Our Water Damage Restoration Process

STEP 1: Stop the Source

Stop the source of the water and contact speed clean if you are unable to do so speed clean will aid you.

STEP 2: Inspection and Damage Assessment

An on-site assessment of the affected area and affected materials is completed to determine the extent of the damage and detailed steps.

STEP 3: Water Extraction

Water is extracted from the affected area using specialized equipment such as pumps, truck mount or portable extraction units.

STEP 4: Cleaning and Sanitizing

All affected materials and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized to prevent mold and other bacteria from growing.

STEP 5: Drying and Dehumidification

Structures and materials are dried using air movers and dehumidifiers to prevent further damage. This process typically takes a few days during which we will monitor the structural drying process and make adjustments as needed.

STEP 6: Restoration

Damaged materials are replaced and the area is restored to its pre-water damage condition.  Although speed clean does not offer repairs we work with some of the best contractors in the industry and would be happy to refer you if you dont have your own repair contactor.

We are often able to leave furniture in place throughout the drying process that enables our clients to live in the premises during the process, on most occasions.
