How Our Tile Cleaning Works
Ceramic tile is one of the least cared for surfaces in any home. After all, who wants to get on their hands and knees scrubbing tile and grout for hours. Speed Clean uses a fast, thorough, and environmentally friendly process:
STEP 1 – Inspection
Our expert floor cleaning technicians will inspect your tile to determine the best cleaning method for your specific tile.
STEP 2 – Cleaning Solution
We apply a non-toxic cleaning solution to the tile and grout lines and let it dwell for 20 minutes. We then work the solution into the pores to loosen embedded dirt, grease, oils and other contaminants.
STEP 3 – Pressure Washing
We thoroughly steam, rinse and extract the dirt- laden water out of the pores of the grout and tile into our truck’s recovery tank. This clean and efficient process is all fluid controlled so there is no over-spray of water or cleaning solution.
STEP 4 -Drying
We dry the floor surfaces using a high speed turbo air mover which takes between 10 -30 minutes. We are then able to inspect the floor to see the true condition of the grout and can tell at this point if there is any permanent staining or discoloration.
